- TASK_FORMAT.md: full task syntax reference with examples,
validation rules, typo detection, notification behavior
- Fix archived memos: use state query param instead of CEL filter
- LOGO.md: remove triangle variant, keep circle only
- logo-circle.svg tracked for README rendering
