Add Fastlane metadata and F-Droid build config

Fastlane structure:
- short_description.txt (< 80 chars)
- full_description.txt (feature list)
- changelogs/1.txt (v1.0.0 release notes)
- images/icon.png (512x512 from logo SVG)

Build config:
- dependenciesInfo disabled (F-Droid requirement)
